I grew up in Washington, CT, then attended American University in Washington D.C. and upon graduating with a Degree in Finance moved to New York City to work as an analyst for a hedge fund. I ultimately returned home to Litchfield County to help grow my family real estate business and enjoy the quality of life, proximity to New York City, and year-round beauty.
I am an expert in Litchfield County real estate with an in-depth knowledge of the inventory and current market conditions. I have personally sold over $300 million in Litchfield County real estate. In 3 of the last 5 years, I have participated in selling the highest sale of the year.
Having grown up in the local real estate business with dynamic parents as mentors gives me a distinct advantage. Now 36-years old, I am consistently in the top 3 among all agents in Litchfield County. This is home for me, I love it and I intend to make my parents proud and serve my clients for the long-run.

I am proud to continue the company traditions (honesty, personal service and hard work) that my parents have instilled in me since childhood. My family's work ethic assures that we are on call 24/7. Very few brokers have that much commitment; we outwork them all and we love what we do. I've grown up in the local real estate business and wish to carry the torch going forward. This is home for me, and this business is in my blood.
I consider my family's position as it relates to the community, exciting. After all, we are Ambassadors for the community, constantly networking and building relationships that extend far beyond the sale.
We wish to preserve the open spaces, quality of living, and values here in Litchfield County. My parents, for example, oppose developers and encourage land conservation. We all work very hard to preserve this unspoiled place we call home. My brother, Graham and I are local, having grown up here so we have a unique selling position; we don't just sell properties coldly, we care who buys here and what they're going to bring to our community. We become intimate friends with many of our clients.
Today, the company extends far beyond any one person. We have 2 dozen highly professional, local agents in 4 offices, who are full-time and pride themselves on personal service; they are the best in the business. We also have a very dedicated staff who provide the backup support that enables Klemm to operate efficiently.
